Elma Yanes, Founder and Owner
Elma founded 414 Services, Inc. in 2015 with a mission to educate people in all aspects of insurance to provide better value for her clients. Soon after she added tax, notary, and bookeeping services to her arsenal to create a one stop shop for professional services. Being a former school teacher and having multiple years of experience in the insurance industry, Elma has the expertise to help all her clients learn what coverage and services are best for their needs without leaving them confused.
Elma Yanes fundó 414 Services, Inc. en el 2015 con el propósito de educar a las personas en todos los aspectos de seguros y brindar mejor valor a sus clientes. También, añadió preparación de impuestos y notario para crear un punto donde encontrar servicios profesionales. Habiendo trabajado como maestra de escuela secundaria y con varios años en la industria de seguros, Elma tiene el conocimiento y experiencia para ayudar a sus clientes a entender y escoger las coberturas y servicios basados en sus necesidades sin sentirse confundid.
Facundo Knight, Tax Preparer and Community Advocate
Facundo Knight joined 414 Services, Inc. in 2015 as the tax preparer and community advocate. He has a background in community services having been the director of the Dominican Cultural Center of Philadelphia for several years. In Philadelphia, Facundo has been recognized by local media and city officials for his dedication in preparing and guiding students through the process of becoming U.S. Citizens. Most recently, he was featured in the book The Cultural Fabric of Philadelphia: An Intimate Look at Philadelphia’s Immigrant Communities for his contribution to the city of Philadelphia.
Facuando Knight se integró a 414 Services Inc. En el 2015 como preparador de impuestos. Tiene experiencia en servicios a la comunidad habiendo trabajado como director del Centro Cultural Dominicano de Philladelphia por varios años. En Philadelphia, Facundo ha sido reconocido por los medios de comunicación locales y oficiales de la ciudad por su dedicación a preparar y guiar estudiantes en el proceso de obtener la ciudadanía de los Estados Unidos. Mas reciente, fue presentado en el libro The Cultural Fabric of Philadelphia: An Intimate Look at Philadelphia’s Immigrant Communities por su contribicion a la ciudad de Philadelphia.
