Elma Yanes, Founder and Owner
Elma founded 414 Services, Inc. in 2015 with a mission to educate people in all aspects of insurance to provide better value for her clients. Soon after she added tax, notary, and tourist services to her arsenal to create a one stop shop for professional services. Being a former school teacher and having multiple years of experience in the insurance industry, Elma has the expertise to help all her clients learn what coverage and services are best for their needs without leaving them confused.
Facundo Knight, Tax Preparer and Tourism Expert
Facundo Knight joined 414 Services, Inc. in 2015 as the tax preparer and trip planner. He has a background in community services having been the director of the Dominican Cultural Center of Philadelphia for several years. In Philadelphia, Facundo has been recognized by local media and city officials for his dedication in preparing and guiding students through the process of becoming U.S. Citizens. Most recently, he was featured in the book The Cultural Fabric of Philadelphia: An Intimate Look at Philadelphia’s Immigrant Communities for his contribution to the city of Philadelphia.
